Volunteer Opportunities
Global Hospitality Hosts
Hosts provide hospitality by sharing their homes with Internationals attending Willow Creek Association Conferences. You would be able to host Internationals as often as you'd like.
Hosts must be a participating member or actively pursuing membership.
Global Hospitality's Mission is: "To connect Willow Creek members with international guests in need of accommodation during conference times, thus helping to minimize guests international travel costs and greater impact their conference experience."

Global Serving Team Volunteers
Join a Global Serving Team and serve abroad at a WCA International Conference. This is an amazing opportunity to experience all that God is doing through our church in another part of the world! You will play a vital role by serving our International Affiliates and conference guests. You will also spend some time touring the country learning about the local history and culture. These trips are paid for at your own expense.

Administrative Support in South Barrington
International Events
Serve in any one of many functions to support WCA International events. Some positions require administrative gifts, excellence with Word and great attention to detail and accuracy. Others require helps. Serving can include some of the following.
- Helping to coordinate travel details for itineraries-drivers, hotel and venue information, conference schedules, city information pages for speakers, etc.
- Typing itineraries for Willow speakers going to International Conferences
- Formatting and coordinating speaker handouts, equipment requests and resource recommendations
- General office support- copying, filing, keeping up records, etc.
Please note that experience in International travel is helpful, but none of these include booking travel.

South Barrington Events
Serve in any one of many general support functions to serve WCA International guests at Barrington events. This can be anything from administrative support to scooping ice cream. If you have a passion for Internationals, contact us and tell us how you would like to serve.
