Description
The most politically incorrect words that Jesus ever said were, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." This claim rankles people like nothing else. It's been called narrow-minded. It's been called bigoted. It's even been called snobbish. The reason that Jesus' claim strikes such a chord with people is that it destroys three great myths about religion. He destroys the myth that all religions are basically the same. He destroys the myth that even though Christianity is different, it's just one philosophy among many philosophies that are equally as valid. Finally, He destroys the myth that He is snobbish and narrow-minded when He claims that He is the only way to heaven.
