Do you remember asking about sex when you were little? We were all very curious about sex when we were little. However as we grew up, this topic became very confusing. God has given us the gift of sex. It is part of our design. We are meant to reflect God, who God is, and to multiply, to create. But this was created for a husband and a wife in their marriage.
God created sex and the Bible says that sex is a good thing. Sex gets better and better in a marriage and that is how God designed sex. Sometimes we replace the deepest desire to be alive and to be with God with sex and intimacy. Sex has less to do with the flesh and more to do with our soul. God cares about our souls. Sex outside marriage can damage the soul and God wants to renew our souls. Our deepest desire needs to be found in God first. What do we do with our sexual desires? Are you willing to draw closer to God in the midst of these desires?
