How long before I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and ship within 48 hours. Regular ground delivery ranges from 3-10 business days. The 2-Day(UPS BLUE) and 1-Day(UPS RED) options do not include order processing time.
International Orders
International shipping will vary as these orders have special shipping requirements.
All DVD orders take 24 hours to manufacture. If an expedited order is placed before 1:30 CST then that DVD will SHIP the following day. As an example:
Wednesday: Ordered before 1:30 CST as an overnight order.
Thursday: DVD is Manufactured and ships out before end of day.
Friday: Customer receives the DVD and is extremely happy!
