Description
Worry. Stress. Anxiety. Most likely we've found that our ways of handling troublesome concerns that create these emotions do not bring peace. And so this message turns us to Psalm 27 in which David expresses his confidence that no matter what obstacles he faces or what opposition assails him, he knows where to turn. David's words: "One thing I ask of the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple." Although we may not always understand why God allows negatives in our lives that result in our stress or anxiety, we can be confident that when we embrace the attitude of David, we "will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living."
