Description
In Psalm 73, Asaph expressed to God the conflict he felt when less-than-upright people seemed to be prospering in life while he, trying to be pure of heart and live a righteous life, was plagued with problems and nearly lost his foothold. In today's culture we're bombarded with images of the rich and famousall persons it would be easy to envy, but not all persons with principles and integrity and giving honor to God. This message reminds us of the need to stand on solid ground. Just as Asaph's revelation came about in the sanctuary of God, we, too, need to hold to the disciplines that can strengthen us and keep us living uprightly: worship, engagement in God's Word, and fellowship with other believers.
