About Lee Strobel

Lee Strobel holds a Master of Studies in Law degree from Yale Law School, as well as a journalism degree from the University of Missouri. He's the former legal affairs editor of the Chicago Tribune and formerly taught first amendment law at Roosevelt University. His awards include Illinois' highest honors for both investigative reporting and public service journalism from the United Press International.

Lee has been a teaching pastor at two of America's largest churches: Willow Creek Community Church in suburban Chicago and Saddleback Valley Community Church in Orange County, California. His books include fours Gold Medallion winners and the 2005 Christian Book of the Year (coauthored with Garry Poole).  Listen to an interview with Lee.
