Ancient-Future Conference Evaluation

From Dave Treat

Your opinion counts! This is more than a slogan... we have created several mechanisms to capture and review your thoughts. We are anxious to maintain a dialog in which we can respond to your questions and needs with everything from minor tweaks to major re-designs of our conferences, training events and products.

In your conference breakouts you received paper evaluations to record your comments. Each one is scanned, and sorted, with results returned to the speaker and conference planning team. Even your handwritten comments are scanned and see them as you wrote them. (Honestly, some of your handwriting presents a challenge, but we do our best!) Your response helps us modify our presentations and content, and lets us know if you could not see the screen or were too cold. We also like to know what we did right, so don't forget to mention what you loved! We rely you your feedback to continually improve your conference experience. Please hand in any paper evaluations before you leave.

We've set up an online Conference Evaluation where you can rate the conference Main Sessions and overall conference experience. Please take a few minutes to complete this... we value your thoughts and invite you to membership in the "Debrief Team" for the Group Life Conference!

You can reach us any time with questions and comments by emailing wcagrouplife@willowcreek.com.

You're also invited to continue to add comments at the end of each post below.

CCN Simulcast

From Greg Bowman

Ccn_logo_via_satellite Church Communications Network (CCN) will be broadcasting the Saturday morning session of the Group Life Conference live! Our hope and prayer is that this will serve churches who cannot attend the conference on-site at Willow. CCN estimates that as many as 500 churches are planning to view the broadcast.

Are you one of them? Will you be watching via satellite? If so, we would love to hear from you! How did you utilize the content? Did you watch it live with your leaders? Was it helpful?

Let us know your thoughts – we are already making plans for 2008!

Ancient-Future Point Leader Session: Ron Martoia

From Greg Bowman

Martoia_ron_70x98 One of a leader’s most critical and difficult roles is leading through a period of deep or rapid change—keeping old systems functioning while designing and implementing new ones. Ron Martoia is a “transitional architect” who helps churches “shift paradigms from the old Newtonian world to the Quantum world of the 21s century.”
