Lots of churches have done great videos for casting vision and recruiting people into small groups. Here are the best three from this year's Film Festival:

Honorable Mention:

Small Group Of One - An interview with a man who has found the perfect small group: himself. A great video to open a discussion on the need for community.

Flying Solo - Several people do crazy things by themselves like wrestle, water-ski and get engaged. A voice-over explains, “some things should not be attempted alone, and your spiritual life is one of them.’ A humorous way to illustrate the need for small groups.
