Q: Why can't I read the text when I'm typing my personal information on your web site?
If you're using Internet Explorer and have the Google toolbar installed, it's likely there is a default setting engaged that is causing some of the fields in our web site to appear yellow. Combined with our white font, these fields can be very difficult to read.

You can change this setting by following these instructions:

  • Click on Settings, or Options, on your Google toolbar
  • Click AutoFill options
  • In the AutoFill options menu, there is a checkbox for highlighting fields that can be autofilled. Uncheck this option
The fields on our web site will not appear yellow and you'll be able to read the text you type.

Sometimes I cannot reach willowcreek.com. What's up?
Our web server undergoes routine maintenance on the third Sunday of each month, between 4 and 7 PM, Central Time. If the web site is down at any other time, you have encountered an error and should notify the Webmaster for further assistance, making sure to indicate any error message you received and any other information that you think may be germane.

How do I request a product catalog or conference brochures?
Please contact us with your name, church’s name, mailing address, phone number and item requested. You may also be able to find the catalog you are looking for online.

Can I bring my children to the conference?
Sorry, No Children. While families are very important to us, WCA conferences are adult training events, so children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions. Child care is not available and we cannot guarantee a separate room for parents to stay with their children.

What is the cancellation policy for conference registrations?
You must cancel 60 DAYS prior to the conference. There is a $45 fee, deducted from the original registration payment, for all cancellations.

What is the transfer policy for conference registrations?
You must transfer your registration to a different conference 30 DAYS prior to the conference for which you originally registered. There is a $45 fee, deducted from the original registration payment, for all transfers. The transferred registration must be used within one year.

How do I update my email address?

What's the difference between a church profile and my own individual profile? Do I need both?
There are two different sorts of profiles that the Association keeps track of. The first is a Church profile. This is the profile that is created in our system for a given WCA member church. The second is an Individual profile. This is the profile that is created in our system for a given individual.

Please note that ONLY Individual profiles are able to login to WillowNet. You cannot login to WillowNet as a church. This is because it is necessary on WillowNet to link an individual with a certain member church. This way, many individuals at a single church can all benefit from the WCA member discount on purchases made via WillowNet. And since a church cannot be considered a member of itself, only members of churches (i.e., individuals) can login to WillowNet.

If you used to login as your church and now cannot login to a Willow Creek Association web site or access your purchase history, please create a new Individual profile and link it to your member church as outlined below. If this fails to help you, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-570-9812 or contact us via the web. They will be able to access your account history for you.

  1. Click "Create Profile" under the Your Profile menu on the left-hand sidebar of any page on the site.
  2. This login is your own email address and a password that you create. This password is NOT your WCA ID#.

Please Note: When creating a profile, there are fields at the bottom of the form for filling in member church information. This space should be completed by US members ONLY. International members will receive their discount via a separate mechanism, at the time of checkout.

How do I receive permission to make a copy of WCA materials?
Please completely fill out this form to submit a permission request to the Willow Creek Association (WCA) for use of Willow Creek Resources (books, curriculum, music, etc.), in any form and for any purpose.

It generally takes up to two weeks to process each request. A permission fee may apply to requests granted.

I didn’t receive my download. Now what do I do?
Visit your Account History. From here, you can click on the appropriate order number and click on the item from that order that you need to redownload.

My church is a WCA member. Why didn't I receive the member discount on my order?
You may not be correctly linked to your WCA member church. Please give us a call at 1-800-570-9812 and we will rectify the situation.

I am an International WCA member. Can I place my order on this Web site?
Due to the rate of exchange and cost of shipping, it’s more cost-effective for you to place your order through the appropriate WCA affiliate. Obtain contact information for your affiliate.

What is the WCA Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most of the products we sell. Downloadable items such as MP3s and drama scripts are not returnable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, call us at 800-570-9812 within 30 days of receiving your order. A Customer Service Ambassador will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the product. This must be done first to ensure a smooth return process. We will be happy to replace the product if necessary or provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Video products may be returned unopened within 30 days of your receipt of this shipment for a full refund. Videos that have been opened may be returned only if damaged or defective for replacement of the same item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
