- RETURN POLICY
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please call our Customer Relations Center at 800-570-9812 within 30 days of receiving your order. A Consultant will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product. Made on Demand Videos and CD's as well as Downloadable and Member Appreciation items are non-returnable.

- CANCELLATION / TRANSFER POLICY
- There is a fee of $45 per person. Cancellations must be done at least 60 days before the event. Transferring registrations to another Willow Creek Association conference must be done 30 days prior and are valid for one year from the date of the original conference.
