Service Description: Unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains a single grain. But if it dies, it bears much fruit (John 12:24, NIV). Jesus knew about the fruit that would come from his death, but he was also stating a reality for what is required of us in our earthly life if we are to bear much fruit. This message speaks to the need for transition from falling prey to the temptations of sin. We need to die to foolishness, lying, and self-atoning--things that could detract from us having the multiplied impact we could have someday--so that we can settle fully into the strength of God's will for our life.
